This has been my life for months. Now I want it to stop.

I am a 27 year old female that smokes.
I have been in and out of doctors offices trying to find out what is wrong with me. I have exhausted my doctors office visits for the year and now I am left with symptoms without answers. Every night since August I get very hot and my ears turn red. Other people can notice it. My ears will burn they get so hot. Some days I will be like this on and off all day, but most it just happens around 7 to 8 pm. I have had many cbc's done and my liver and thyroid have been checked and tests came back normal. My BP is usually low, around 90 over 75, but when I get these hot episodes it will rise to about 122 over 90. I had a CT scan of my head done and they did not find anything. While I do not run a temp during these periods my temp will rise to about 99 sometimes and sometimes it is below normal. My heart rate is normal during my hot episodes. The only other thing I have noticed is that my gums get iritated where my widome teeth are supposed to be. I had an xray done 2 years ago and the dentist said my wisdom teeth did not form. I am not sure if they can form in two years. I only got one widom tooth and I do not recall any complications with it. I am exploring every avenue here. I do not want to leave any stone unturned. If it is possible that it is a dental issue then I will check it out.

These episodes usually start with me getting a chill, then I will get hot on my neck, upper body, face and ears. I do not sweat when this happens. My OBGYN said that i am too young for hot flashes.

The only thing that has happened to me this year is that I misscarried on the 18th of July.

I do not want to be that person that dies suddenly and come to find out it was something so simple.

Thanks for your input. No I have not seen a dermatologist. I just thought it was hormonal or something since it started to happen after my M/C. I also thought it could be my wisdom teeth because my gum's are painful where they are supposed to be. I will take that into consideration. Thank you very much.

Have you been to a dermatologist?
It could possible be Rosacea. . .

here are some of the symptoms:
~Rosacea can vary substantially from one individual to another

~redness on the cheeks, nose, chin or forehead that may come and go. In some cases, rosacea may also occur on the neck, chest, scalp or ears.

~Burning or stinging sensations may often occur

best of luck!
~The disease is more frequently diagnosed in women, but more severe symptoms tend to be seen in men
