Need help and advise ! Asap

About 3/4 months ago I broke up with my ex and every two weeks in our six month relationship I would go round there and we would always do something sexual. He used to finger me allot and he's hygiene wasn't the cleanest.. When he used to finger me for a long time, sometimes i would get very dry and it would hurt allot. I'd never had any problems until he used a dildo on me. He assured me it had been clean and everything ( and from my knowledge it hadn't been used on anyone ) but a couple of hours later my vagina was itching, burning and very sore and I had white, sort of lumpy (like cottage cheese) discharged. He told me it was thrush / yeast infection and it would clean up..but it hasn't :'( and now every time I do go to "finger myself" I can't because I have this white lumpy discharge that always come out on my finger. I'm so scared I have a sexual disease and I haven't told anyone about it. It's my first time having trush (I hope it is anyway) and I never got it treated. I've asked questions like this before and I've been told ive got a yeast infection and need to use some cream. I just wanna be 100% I haven't got like chylmida or anything like that. All the other times he's fingered me I've been fine it was just after the dildo... Thanks :L

First thing's first hun, whenever something doesn't seem normal down there get it checked out immediately. As for your symptoms, it does sound like an yeast infection. The only way to be certain is to go to the doctor. These things don't clear up by themselves.
