t started today, I have to pee about once an hour, and when I do I don't pee a lot like I'm suppose to. Also it comes with pain or like an orgasm feeling and then i noticed when I wiped that I bled alittle. I'm a girl by the way. And I get like a weird feeling in my lower stomach, almost like cramps. also I'm not near my period.
It very well could be and will only get worse and more often if it is. I'd go see a doctor. Blood when wiping and frequent urination are hallmarks of a UTI and antibiotics are necessary.
