Sore swollen breasts, but not pregnant

Hey guys,
I hoping someone can shed some light on this!
I have had extremely sore breasts for around 3 months now, I'm defiantly not pregnant. They are constantly sore, swollen and heavy. The only time it does go away is when i actually have my period for the 4-5 days. I know its not due to weight gain as I have not put on any extra kg. My partner cant go near them and seems to be worse at night when sleeping. Also i have been very lethargic and moody. I have tried everything i can think of, cutting out caffeine, on and off the pill, different bra's, nothing is helping.

Please help

-- You should check your profile page since it claims that you're a male. You may want to correct it if you want to continue posting about sore breasts.

Definitely sounds like some sort of hormone issue is causing this, like the above poster stated. Seeing your doctor for test should help figure out what is causing this.

It sounds like a hormone imbalance,  I would suggest seeing your doc, and having tests run.
