Urinary issue after D&C

I'm 30 years old and have never had an children. The other day I had a D&C for abnormal bleeding and it went very well. I had no issues recovering, and have experienced no pain or soreness. However I've noticed something a bit odd...

When I have to urinate, the sensation comes on instantly. Before the D&C, I could feel it creeping up on my, and could pretty much gauge when my bladder was 1/4 full, half full, or completely full, and I'd feel the pressure corresponding to these levels.

Now, I feel no pressure, and when my bladder is full I'll just get a sudden urgency sensation in my urethra. It's not at the level of urinary incontinence, but my bladder will get almost completely full before I feel any type of urge to go.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hi. I know this was 5 years ago but I'm hoping you can help. I don't have an answer. I'm sorry. But I'm having the same issue. Were you able to find an answer to what is going on?
