no uterus was found in my body.. i want to know if i can be able to get pregnant some how..? or any others ways for me to get pregnant..?

Did they do an ultrasound or an MRI? Ultrasounds are not entirely well suited to analyzing tissue in the body; I'd insist on getting an MRI at the least, if not other methods of determining whether there is a uterus. Are there ovaries? Do you have periods? If you have periods, you have a uterus.
