Do not have sex again until you have permission from your doctor! Those tears could be from sex, as you describe it. However having sex with open vaginal tears is a infection waiting to happen! Don't do it. And when your dotor tells you it ok to have sex again, make sure you use condoms, and make him be nice about it, especially at first. A woman's vagina will expand to accomodate the man, but this takes some time, and longer if there is recent injury to the area. If he will not accept your request for gentleness, stop, and dont do it. He could injure you further.
Please get checked out. I have had cracks between my vagina and anus, mine would even bleed sometimes. To help you here I got some info on Sitz baths. It helps with the irritation. I hope that you feel better soon. If it was me I would stop having sex until you are all healed up. Also maybe your partner should get checked it because he might have it as well, but mens symptoms different and he might not even know he has it. He could be reinfecting you. Don't be scared. If you do have sex, use condoms.. But with that pain, and infection I would just stay away all in all.. Here is some info on sitz bath. :)
PreparationSitz baths may either be warm or cool. Warm baths are recommended for reducing the itching, pain and discomfort associated with conditions such as hemorrhoids and genital problems. An ordinary bathtub can be filled with 3 to 4 inches (7.6 to 10 cm) of hot water (about 110 °F (43 °C)), and sat in for 15–20 minutes or until the water cools down.[2] Alternatively, a large basin can be used, and there are specially built devices that fit into toilet bowls.[6]
Cool sitz baths are said to be helpful in easing constipation, inflammation and vaginal discharges, and, in cases of fecal or urinary incontinence, in toning the muscles. Some people find that alternating three to five times between a hot bath for 3–4 minutes and an ice-cold bath for 30–60 seconds is soothing. A towel soaked in cold water can be used in place of a cold bath.[2]
For most purposes sitz baths with water are sufficient, though some people prefer to use saline water or water mixed with baking soda. The use of such additives helps to reduce infections. Women with candidiasis (a vaginal yeast infection) may benefit from a warm bath with salt and vinegar.[2]
