Vaginal odor. How do I treat this?

I just started having vaginal odor about 4 weeks ago , I had a total hysterectomy 15 years ago so i have no period, I wear cotton underwear clean daily and don't have any infections.... I tried douching with plain water and it seemed to help but I don't want to start douching regularly does anyone know what to do???

What I started doing was watching what I was eating... I started eating a lot of fruit and drinking lots of water  I know that if you eat pineapples it will help as well
