Vaginal tear. HELP!

My boyfriend and I had sex 3 days ago and it was rough and I was a little dry.  The next day i was sore and noticed cuts on my vagina near my anus, but it wasn't horrible pain.  However the day after that I was in excruciating pain.  The cuts have seemed to get worse, and it itches around my clitoris a little.  I think because my skin is irritated.  It burns to pee.  I am in horrible pain and it hurts to walk/sit.  I havent been to a doctor and I don't know what to do.  I have been putting neosporin on the cuts and it seems to relieve a little pain but its still horrible.  Has anyone ever had this happen to them/ have any advice????  :(

Okay now I have been wearing pads instead of tampons because tampons hurt too much.  Well this morning I looked down there and my vagina is swollen. Anyone else with the issue because I need help!!

It is also very very painful when I pee, and my pee smells strong.  I think I have a UTI but I don't have to pee alot, mostly because I havent been drinking a lot of fluids because it hurts so bad to pee.  Anyone else have this issue???

Well I did take a very warm bath and that seemed to make things feel better.  I just started my period and putting tampons in is extremely painful... Its so raw and sore down there but the neosporin makes things feel better.  It still burns when I pee, but I'm not peeing on the cuts...It hurts when it comes out so I don't know what to do about that.

i strongly suggest this to you.....its an old wives' remedy

get a sterile bucket that is large enough for you to sit over.
half it with very warm water and pour salt into it
get the largest towel or sheet you can find and wrap youself with it while over the bucket. yes you gotta sit on it.

this salted steam will heal you up in no time.  do not submerge yourself in this. bear the heat for as long as you can

Did the doctor suggest putting anything on it?  Good luck with your test results :)

Thanks! I went to the doctor today and used a q tip on the area to test for herpes, I screamed and cried because of the intense pain.  So now I'm freaking out.  However I doubt it is herpes because I could feel the tear while having sex and so I know thats the cause. But I'm still nervous about the herpes test :/  I'm not sure if the area is infected or not but my doctor said I need to keep the area dry.

Yes, these cuts can be very painful and irritating :(  Very rarely do they need medical attention unless the cuts are very severe and won't stop bleeding.  For now all you can do is keep them clean, dry if possible, and obviously stop having sex until they heal.  It burns because urine is coming in contact with the open cuts.  I don't know if using Neosporin helps or hurts, I've never tried or used anything down there because of the area.  Good luck :)
