Very inconsistent cycle

Over the last six months my period has lost its sync. The first month it began 12 days early, the following month 1 week late, and its consistantly getting further apart. With this month being 19 days late. I am definitely not pregnant, i am not sexually active. Should i be concerned? Im in my mid 20s.

Hi there.  No, it's super annoying but not concerning.  Your hormones are out of whack a bit making your cycle a different length each time.  It very well could just right itself naturally but if too annoying, you can talk to your doctor about BC pills to regulate your cycle.  good luck
