What could be white spots in stool on a CT Scan?

About 10 minutes after waking up this morning, I got severe pain in my right lower abdomen.  I did some googling and it all pointed to appendicitis or kidney stones. After 3 hours of endouring the pain I went to our local small town Urgent Care. They did blood and urine labs which all came back normal. They did a abdominal CT scan because they don't have a ultra sound machine. The only thing they said and showed me was solid white spots in my stool. The doctor was as baffled as I am as to what it could be. He asked me if I have eaten any solid matter, confused, I asked him "like what"? He said bones? Of course I haven't eaten bones. Told me to take miralax 2 times a day and sent me home. The pain has gotten much better but still hurts mildly. I'm happy to know it wasn't either of my diagnosis but what could it be?
