What does it mean when your left breast hurts and is even sensitive to the touch?

For a few months now my left breast has been hurting me. It doesn't feel tender but it does hurt for example when my husband presses against it or squeezes it. I also have been getting some things that look like pimples for a while now. I don't know if they have anything to do with my breast hurting, but I wanted to mention it just in case. Since, they look like pimples I squeeze them and a white substance comes out and its is extremely smelly like rotten milk or something. The substance is white not clear. I would really like to know if I should get this checked.

You don't mention your age, where these pimples are located or when your last mammo was. Have you done a thorough self exam of your breasts? Do you only experience this pain when your husband presses or squeezes your breast?
My advice, since this has been going on for a "few months," is to make an appointment with your PCP or  gyno for a full breast exam including a mammogram. I don't mean this to alarm you........there are many reasons you could be feeling this discomfort, but only a doctor is going to be able to diagnose you conclusively. I hope you'll let us know what the doctor says and we wish you the very best.
