Im pretty young. Im a 15 year old suffering from endometriosis. I can only miss so many days of school as well. I find that pushing on my abdomen helps drastically. If you want something a little less noticeable i recommend keeping around some type of
sugar or fat. If you ever get a craving for something i would get it because i crave certain foods. Just eat that whenever you get a cramp. i honestly don't know why it works but you'll see a HUGE difference.
