Am I infertile?

I've had my period for about 7 years now, and not once has it ever been regular. I have gone 3-5 months without it. I've never had sex. However I ahve noticed that sometimes when I have an orgasm I feel like a cramping sensation. Back to my periods, they usually last 1 day, that day being the worst pain I've ever felt. They are heavy to medium flow. However, sometimes they last 2 days where the very last day is spotting. I have a milky discharge from my breasts but I think it's from my antidepressant. When I first started my periods I had no pain what so ever. TheN about a year or two ago I began to feel like I'm giving birth the first day. I don't think weight gain as anything to do with my irregularity due to the fact that it's always been irregular and I've only been clinically obese for the past year. I have given up on tracking my period. It's useless because I will not have it for months, then have it for months, then not have it for a month, then have it for a month. It's ridiculous.
