White marks on vagina mound area

Hi,
For almost a year now I have these white scar looking marks on my vaginal mound. I think they were caused by the large pimples I get down there every now and then.
I know the picture aint very clear but I tried to give u guys a good look at what they look like. Are these white scar looking spots a condition or something.
They are very embarrasing and also, does anybody know how to get rid of them with like a tan or some treatment or something????
Mind you guys, I am a virgin and only given and recieved oral sex with only the partner I am currently with.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These marks look like post inflammatory hypopigmentation changes. Sometimes it goes away on its own after exposure to the sun. Creams like  Elidel cream or Protropic can be used on these hypopigmented  areas but at such a young age it is not advisable to use them .

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
