Hi,
Don't squeeze it, or do anything to irritate it. You can apply ice packs or moist heat (very warm washcloths) to the lump in order to relieve any swelling or pain. You might also consider dabbing Tea Tree Oil on it (4x daily) to help it heal more quickly. Usually these bumps/lumps go away on their own if you don't aggravate them. If it becomes worse in the next few days, for example: swelling that causes constant pain, becomes infected,or if you experience a fever and chills, you should have it checked out by a doctor right away. Take Care
