cancer or what?

Right next to my vagina hole, I have 3 balls. they are about half the size of a pea. One is right below my hole, one is to the left of it, an one is a little bit away from the other two. the inside of me is always sore now, and i have a little pain when i pee. what could this be?

Sounds like Bartholin gland cysts that MIGHT be abscessed.  In my opinion, this is no cancer.

You need to have your physician assess this.

I would get to your obgyn....could be genital warts which can turn to hpv.  Have you switched any of your feminine hygiene products recently?? Especially since you have pain, but they are probably not connected as your urethra is separate from your vagina.  Have you changed partners/or had sex recent to seeing these?
