First period day in life

Yesterday was my first day with period and the amount of blood was a little bit disturbing to me. What should I do to not panic?

As for the amount of blood during your period, it can be greatly reduced by going on the pill. Maybe that's an option you can talk to a female you're close to or your doctor about how it might help you.

Congratulations, You're a women ~Be good to yourself.
