I am diagnosed of Adenomyosis since 2006 after surgery. The symptom continue to progress. Currently after the horrible menstral cramps, I started having serious pains that rotate from the left to the right side of my abdomen. Once I treat it with anti inflammation/ pains tables it goes and re surface after the next menstral period. I am suspecting is inflammation of the uterus due to the pains tablet and the effect of the severe pains in the uterous during menses. Please can someone help with possible solution because am tired and afraid of constant taking of strong pain killer and inflammation tabs . Am just avoiding kidney problems that pains drugs can cause.
Hope to hear from you soonest. Thanks. Blessing.
Adenomyosis is uterine thickening that occurs when endometrial tissue, which normally lines the uterus, moves into the outer muscular walls of the uterus. The typical signs of adenomyosis are prolonged, heavy bleeding during your periods or severe cramping.
Fibroids are well-circumscribed, non-cancerous tumors arising from the myometrium (smooth muscle layer) of the uterus. In general, fibroids only need to be treated if they are causing symptoms.
I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
