am lost.. help?

Well, I had all the symptoms of pregnancy, & i was almost a week late on my period. I took a pregnancy test & it came back negative. I went to my Ob-Gyn doctor; they did a urine test too & it came back negative. I'm still feeling pretty down; I have nausea, stomach cramps which aren't anything like period or when you have to poop cramps, they are sharper & all over my stomach. I had a four day period & I had horrible blood clots, with tissues in it. I also have been puking up a foam like substance. Today the pain has been do bad; I feel like I can't even lean up.. What could this be? Can someone help?

Hello,
Considering your symptoms, the possibility of a miscarriage cannot be ruled out. You can confirm it by getting your HCG levels checked. In case of pregnancy loss, the value of HCG will return to a non-pregnant range(<5 mIU /L) about 4 - 6 weeks after a pregnancy loss. Other method of confirming whether you had a miscarriage is by getting ultrasouind uterus done. This will differentiate the cause of this bleeding as bleeding due to pregnancy loss or intermenstrual bleeding.

I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Also, I have a burning like sensation in my vagina. Nothing like the pain of a uti or yeast infection. My Ob-Gyn tested me for all STD's, so I know its nothing like that. The only thing that helps that burning is when I'm peeing & kinda push for a few seconds..
