Yes a portion of it will stay inside and travel to the uterus to fertilize an egg during ovulation but the rest that dosent make it runs out of the vagina. It only takes one sperm cell to make a baby, the other little guys just die off

Hi and welcome.  Well, women don't make sperm, right?  So, yes-----  it only comes out after sperm.  However, unless you want a baby, you need to make sure you use birth control such as a condom each and EVERY time you have sex..  Otherwise, a pregnancy is likely to happen which can derail your life.  good luck
