bleeding during sex

The other day I noticed a very light pink tinge on the paper after a pee, this usually indicates my period is coming. I had sex with my husband and there was blood all over him and I right after so I thought I got my period. I wore a pad that day and there was no more blood. According to the calendar I'm technically not due for my period for another few days. The sex was not rough in case you're wondering. Has this happened to anyone and any idea what could have happened?

Thank you for the response Carloswife. It was pretty heavy and we noticed it after we had sex when he pulled out. I showered and put a tampon in but when I took it out there was nothing, no blood at all not even a spot. Its never happened before like this...usually if it goes away it's back the next day with a heavy flow and I'm fairly regular. Im 41 so I really hope it's not pregnancy, we have been careful.

How long did the bleeding last? Was there any spotting? I ask because it could be implantation which happens a week or two before your period. My first pregnancy i didnt spot at all,This pregnancy however i had implantation bleeding for a few days,i spotted and bled like a light period then spotted again. It was wierd n not the usual so i thaught it was my period.Im pregnant with a boy:) it could be other causes to...like stress or in-between bleeding which some women get before their period. If your really curious, explore the possibilitie. If aunt flo dosent come take a hpt two weeks after u miss.
