Your sister had a c-section A YEAR AGO and has not stopped bleeding!
She is now bleeding from her NOSE AND MOUTH AND FAINTING!

Good God, am I reading that correctly?
Annie gave you excellent advice to get her back to her OB/GYN, I'd just like to add some urgency to that advice.

Whatever else may be going on with your sister, it's a pretty good bet that she is anemic. Possibly very severly as that can cause a person to faint.

I would hope that you call the doctor TODAY and ask for an emergency appointment.
Your sisters problem trumps your fibroids, but when we know she is going to be OK, we'll be glad to discuss your issues.

Hello

Am very glad to have discovered this forum.  I have also had a long history with fibroids and looking forward to sharing my experience.

She should talk to the doctor under whose care she was when she had the C-section.  It is not normal to continue to bleed for a year.  She should also take iron every day.
