why are you concerned with what size breast you have...? your 20 still young and you havent started to enjoy who you are...that is part of who you are...surgery...no..you know those things dont last forever...you will need a refill after about 10-14 years with good ones...that cost...not all women have both..some are blessed with one or the other...when you have kids in the future you will have plenty...but for now you dont need to buy boobs...eventually they will drain, pop or swing around your rib cage like I seen on tv..but any way...what suppose you do get the money to have that done and the surgery didnt go the way you thought...you will miss what small boobies you have...and dont let your friends put you down...bueaty comes from the inside not the outside...unless thats all you want to offer...your mind and your heart is just as special...even the prettiest girl can have a ugly heart...be unique...be you...
