breast tenderness

i'm having unbearable left breast/upper chest pain/armpit area.
i will be starting my period in 5 days...  i'm sure it's just pms, but i've never felt so much pain in my left breast!!!
i've taken tylenol.  and nothing so far.
any other suggestions??

it's much better today...  i'm also realizing that i must start watching what i eat!!!
things were so much easier when i was younger!!!

You could try ibuprofen it seems to help with alot of horrible pain i have i usuall take 4 200 milligram pills every 4-6 hours or when the pain comes back..more than likely it is pms seems like years ago it used to happen to me, hard to remember ..either way try not to take them while you are on your period as some seriously heavy bleeding will occur, happens to me every time i take it on my period..
