I liked my recent visit to a podiatrist, he knew so much information about a wide-ranging group of questions about my feet.  You might make an appointment with one.

Before seeing a foot doctor try this, my husband swears by it and he had similar symptoms as you. Make up a warm foot bath. You will do two a night for a week to see if you have any relief. In the first bath, pour in one part Listerine and 3 parts warm water. Soak for 15- 20 mins. Rough dry your feet. Empty bath and refill with 3 parts as warm as you can take it water, and one part white vinegar. Soak for 30 mins. Dry in a message manner. Do not out lotion on feet. With a rough was cloth, rub down feet, in between toes, heel, top of foot, etc. If you do see relief after a week, and you should see some after the first day, see a foot specialist. Good luck.
