my girlfriend has signs that are leading to menstruation, but i'm paranoid that it would lead to amenorrhea

can a possible pregnant woman have the signs that would lead to menstruation, but then would result to amenorrhea?
or when a pregnant woman has amenorrhea she doesn't experience any of the symptoms that leads to menstruation she just experiences amenorrhea right away? i'm very nervous.

You say possibly pregnant, does this mean she thought she was because her period was late or what it actually confirmed with a blood or hpt test?
If it wasn't concerned then it's most likely she wasn't pregnant and her period was just late for whatever reason.
