can you get pregnant if you haven't had a period?

Hello ladies! i have posted here before and just as an update it has been almost 4 months now since i stopped taking BC pills and still no period! Does that mean i won't be able to get pregnant since i am not ovulating? A few weeks ago i was getting really bad cramps but no period, what does that mean? I want to be pregnant but with no period yet i don't know if its possible?? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

I haven't had a period for 5months they are very irragular I will go months & months without a period! Would like to know that you think about this? I was trying for a baby but due to getting a new job I'm going back on the pill but can't start taking it till i have my period I'm very stressed :(

i have had sex about 4 times without using a condom, and i hadnt had a period for about 5 months .. apart from haven a bit off blood not like a normal period and getting sore back all the time. and feeling sick and feeling dehighdrated. and also sleeping all the time. is this normal or is there a chance i could be pregnant??

i have not gotten my period for 6 months im 19 i already had 2 surgeries took out 2 cyst .. can i easily get pregnant like that ?
