confused!?

Ok I just recently start my bc after my last period which was Nov 5-Nov 10... I took the first 4 pills then stopped because I was forgetting.  On Nov 15 I had unprotected sex. On Nov 19 I started spotting, just a little brownish discharge on my liner but more reddish in color when I wipe. Its Nov 22 and im still "spotting" more than a spot but little less than a light period and it's still brownish. I googled the symptoms and its too early to be implantation bleeding. Can someone tell me what's going on or have this happend to anyone else.

Birth control pills can cause spotting.  Certain ones are more likely to do so than others.  You may need to change to a higher dose of the one you are on or change to a different pill completely.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This intermenstrual leeding may be due to many causes. If  it was after intercourse then chances of genital infection or cervical polyps are there. They are tiny, harmless growths on the outer surface of the cervix and can bleed after intense sexual intercourse.Stress and anxiety can also cause intermenstrual bleeding.

Other causes may be uterine fibroids, miscarriage after a pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, fluctuation in hormone levels,IUD(intrauterine device)use, use of anticoagulant drugs and hypothyroidism. If you are apprehensive regarding the status of your pregnancy you can get it checked. Most home pregnancy tests that check urine beta-HCG are sensitive to 20-25 mIU/ml of HCG. The test can be positive anywhere from about 2-3 days prior to a missed menses to 4-5 days after, but usually it should be done 7-10 days past your missed period.

Otherwise you can get a serum HCG also done which is more specific than urine pregnancy test.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
