womens health

i have a vaginal discharge which has an amonia  smell also after having sex it changes to a really bad fishy smell. I have been tested for bv and even clamidia,which both came bk clear, even though i have been in a relationship for 25 yrs and have never cheated - pls help as i havent a clue what this is

When mens sperm die inside you it can have that fishy dead smell aslo you could be leaking urine or have a urethral infection/irritation hense the amonia smell. Maybe you should go for another checkup. Best wishes BB

I happened to have the same problem....it was bad but went to obgyn and she gave me this gel to insert every night before bed for seven days and it went away....its a bacteria build up wat she told me

If the discharge has a very fould smell it is likely Trichomoniasis.
The symptoms are itching, watery and malodorous discharge, urinary frequency.  The vagina may appear red with small red raised papules.  A microscopic exam of a saline wet moutn of a sample will show flagellated cells.
If its a bacterial vaginosis the cells will look  like typical 'clue cells.'  This produces a fouly fishy rotten odor.  Yeast infections produce a thick and white discharge.

Either way, a physical exam is required to collect a sample for analysis.
