HI,
Weight loss can be achieved by a combination of diet control or dietary modification and exercise. You should consult a dietician to prepare a diet chart according to your food habits, in such a way that nutrition is not compromised. You should eat a diet rich in fibre and eat whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Aerobic exercise like cycling, brisk walking and swimming will facilitate fat loss. Just be sure that you focus on calorie-burning exercises.
Hope this helps. Take care and good luck.

Hello,
Weight gain is common after hysterectomy. Take a healthy, balanced and nutritious diet consisting more of fruits, salads, soups and raw vegetables (after proper washing). Also increase the protein content in your diet instead of carbohydrates and fats. also continue doing physical exercises as they are the key to lose weight.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
