I'm sure many, if not all,get terrible cramps. I can't go on like this... It seems whatever I do they go away for a half hour them come back. It horrendous. I can't even walk the first two days. Doctor says midol and heating pad. Don't get me wrong it works...but not for long periods (no pun intended lol)of time. Any suggestions? Thankyou, lovies, in advance. :),

Some women say castor oil packs work. You can find info on the web about how to use them.

I get really bad cramps to the point of nausea too when i do get my period. I find that drinking Beetroot juice throughout the month and when you are expecting you period helps to reduce the bloated feeling that adds to cramps. On top of this I avoid drinking cold drinks as it worsens cramps. On top of this it may be best to reduce your vitamin C intake when you are expecting your period as this does add to the intensity of your cramps. Some women use a huge flush of vitamin Cs to force their periods to come but when they succeed in doing so they are in for a rough ride.

Hope this helps!
