I already had my period but why am I still having cramps when my period was 2weeks ago?

some people get pre period and after period cramps, it's perfectly normal(:

I have no idea but if you would like to help relieve the pain try using a heating pad when you get your cramps if helps relieve the pain the cramps are causing and it's what I use
