did i get my friend sick because of oral sex?

my friend claims that after giving me oral sex that he feels sick and he just told me he still does. But he has all the energy to go to work, go in his pool... I do not understand.

He says Monday he threw up a white liquid when he got home, a few hours after giving me oral sex (licking down there) and hasn't felt right since. Now, I did have sex on March 10th with an ex boyfriend of mine, but he was my only sex partner in my life and he only has sex with me and I do believe him, he is not a person to lie and is one to speak the truth. I took Plan B One step the same day and  I still have been receiving periods. My OBGYN at Planned Parenthood did a pap smear and it came out normal. She also did urine test for pregnancy and it was negative and she said my pelvic exam was normal. I went twice because I was so worried and both times my pelvic exam was normal. This was in April. I went to visit another OBGYN near my college in May on May 8th and she did a pelvic exam check and it said I was fine. I also had a urine test done at my regular doctor for a physical exam. Also got one when I went to the hospital in March and it was fine. My most recent urine test was in May and it was on May 9th. The doctor said it was normal, nothing bad. Why is my friend feeling sick? I didn't get him sick did I? All my doctors cleared me. I do have a pain on my lower right side again but the pain was there when the doctors cleared me so I do not understand. I had an upper abdominal ultrasound and it showed nothing and I am fine. What is going on? Why isn't my friend feeling well? should I be concerned? He did have the energy to go to work, and go in his pool could he be lying to me?

Me - feeling fatigue and have diarrhea.
My friend has nothing of this. and like I said he still has energy to go to work and go in his pool

thanks! I am thinking it is probably gastroenteritis and I been having the diarrhea since april...

I don't think I have gotten him sick either that or he is lying to me about feeling sick because if he was sick i'm sure he wouldn't have all the energy to work (and he works in the middle of the night) and to go in his pool.

Hi there.  Welcome.  Well, I've never heard of this.  

I would say that your friend may not be feeling great and it probably has nothing to do with you.  

But you are saying that you are feeling sick now with diarrhea?  

I really don't think either of you are having symptoms related to oral sex.  

You may have a touch of gastroenteritis.  he may have a bug of some sort.  But I don't think he should blame the oral sex.

Let him get better and then just move on.  good luck

I should mention that in May I got sick and threw up a few times. I had terrible right side pain for 2 days (it was so bad I had to sleep sitting up) and then it slowly went away. I went to my regular doctor and that's when I had my last urine test done on May 9th. It came out normal. A week later my sisters got sick when the same thing throwing up everywhere and my dad also got sick. My mom however never got sick from us. All my doctor said was that I have a stomach virus
