Agree about planned parenthood. Also, check for a WIC clinic as they serve indigent (patients with no insurance) on a sliding fee scale. Even an urgent care can have different pricing and would be able to determine if you have anemia and why your period will not stop. good luck
If you're in the US and need low cost care, Planned Parenthood is the first place I'd look--they have a sliding scale fee, and they have ob/gyns, which is what you need. If not, do a google search for free clinics in your area. You should see someone as soon as you can, because a 5 month period is definitely not normal (and you want to ask about anemia, not amaenia, just as a btw so they aren't confused).
Does your multi vitamin have a full complement of iron? Check the label. Try Planned Parenthood if your county does not have a clinic.
If you've been having your period for 5 months, I would think it's time to
make an appointment with your family doctor. Having menstruated for all
this time, you will need to take a daily iron supplement. I would make this
appointment with your family doctor asap. I wish you well. Eve
