"i recently had pretty rough sexual intercourse. it was three days ago now. My left labia minor has been enlarged and swollen since and the sweling has not gone down since. the crease between the labia major and labia minor is raw and very soar it is very painful to walk

Well since you said that it was rough, your vagina probably got rubbed raw and that is probably why you are swollen. It would take a few days for the swelling to go down.
