If you are still having a problem with sensations of itching and burning, you should ask your mum (like speicalmom says) to take you back to the doctor.

The doctor could take a swab from the area to find out if there are any infections either bacterial or fungal.  The swab is a little cotton bud rubbed on the skin and this is then sent to the laboratory for analysis.

In the mean time, only wipe your bottom from front to back.  Bacteria from the bottom can easily spread to the vagina causing infections and urinary tract infections.

Wash with water every day - do NOT use any soap, bath or shower gels to wash down below.  This will make this much worse and may also be contributing by causing an allergic reaction.  You can use soaps that have the same pH level as our skin, baby washes may be fine, and your mum can buy from the pharmacy an emollient that is also moisturising for the delicate skin and can be used instead of soap.  Always wear only cotton clean pants ever day.  Nylon and manmade fabric pants will make you sweat and encourage sweating and fungal problems.

If your mum uses biological detergents, this could be aggravating your skin problem.  Ask if she can change her washing detergents to non biological ones and only use softeners that are suitable for people with allergies.

You may find putting a couple of handfuls of oats (porridge) into the bath water and soaking in that helpful and soothing.  And no, it will not plug up the bath drain hole.

Having a soak in a bath with Epsom Salts is also beneficial for skin problems.  You would need to put in 2 cupfuls into a bath of water and soak in that.  It is quite drying on its own, so a few drops of baby oil in the bath water can help.

Your doctor can prescribe for you, or your mum may be able to buy from the pharmacy without a prescription a fine moisturising spray called Emollin.  This is safe to use on the genitals.  This will help by keeping the skin moisturised so that it does not rub and become sore.

A good healthy and well balanced diet is crucial for healthy skin, bones, teeth and nails.  You can find on the web a "Healthy Plate".
It is important at your age to get all the minerals, vitamins and nutrients from having a healthy and well balanced diet.  Having some pop and sweets, biscuits, cakes and chocolates is fine, as long as it is not too much and you are filling up with all the good foods as well as dairy - cheese and yogurt (if you are not allergic to it).

It is important not to overindulge on sugary foods (so do check the food labels) - having too much sugar in the diet will encourage yeast growth.

Do not share towels with anyone.  Have your own towel.

As a home remedy for a sore and painful private area, you can apply natural set yogurt to your washed and gently dried bits.  This will feel cold, but it will help to cool down the burning and itching and will also help to reduce any inflammation.

Although things may be itching, try and not scratch.  Scratching just damages the delicate skin and this can then cause hardening of the skin.

If you are leaking urine, this needs to be investigated and you should ask your mum to book an appointment for you to see your doctor.  It may be might have a urinary infection when this happens.  Pelvic floor exercises may help to strengthen and tone up the muscles to help with the leakage if the pelvic floor is weak.  Ask your mum about that.

Do talk to your mum - she is your parent and your health and well being is her responsibility.

Your twitch and knee problem needs to been seen to by the doctor too.

If you are overweight, this could explain why you are getting soreness in private parts.

You should not be suffering, so do tell your mum and get the help that you need.

Let me know how you get on.
Best wishes and happy holidays.

Hi there.  At thirteen, it's really important that you talk to your mother about this.  She is really the only one that can provide real support.  A doctor can guide you as to what may be going on with the yeast infections.  Things like probiotic yogurt or probiotic supplements are helpful but again, your mom would buy this for you.  The swelling could be due to the fungal issues.  Cut down on sugar as well.  But again, your mother needs to help you work with a healthcare professional on this matter. good luck
