try carrot juice first thing every morning. It regulates your hormone levels which could be the reason for the cramps and flow
Well try the pineapple juice with a lemon it tastes good and you will notice the differenc3 right away :)
For cramps i take midol or chamomille tea and to have a light flow drink a cup of pineapple with a squeezed lemon i use to get my periid for 8 days agter drinking that now i only get it for 5 and its a light flow and doctor said it was totally ok but just drink that juice 1 or twice thru ur days of period i hope that helps :)
What do you mean by easier ? Like do you bleed alot or do you like have alot of cramping?
