Bump on vagina

I have a swollen red bump on the bikini like area of my vagina (basically my leg) and at first I thought it was just an ingrown hair but I have had ingrown hairs before but usually they have been filled with pus and I could squeeze them but with this bump there is no pus and it's very sore to touch almost looks like a blister, it doesn't Itch but it runs against my underwear line and hurts throughout the day. I have had sex with my boyfriend two weeks ago but this bump has only appeared now so I do not know if it is an std or not (we used a Condom) there is no other bumps around my vagina only the one being described. Ang idea oncehat it is and how to treat it? I'm starting to get a bit nervous.
