is this my ovaries ?

I started having hot flashes with waves of nausea on Monday . They got worse until yesterday . More frequent and feeling more sick . Starting Wednesday , I started getting pains in what I'm assuming is my ovaries . It's not a cramp feeling . Its more of a just pain . It's gotten increasingly worse, today at work I couldn't handle all of the movement . I feel it on both my sides in my lower stomach off to the sides , but more in the left than the right . Tylonal is all I can take n it doesn't help . Is this my ovaries or something else what can this be ? Thanks for everyone's help

You might try going to Planned Parenthood for an exam.  They charge on a sliding scale.

Sorry, you say Tylenol is all you can take, does that mean you are pregnant?  Can you see  your doctor or a walk-in clinic?
