I hope you get an answer. I have this problem too when I sleep. Its not every night but it happens on and off. I don't have insurance so i can't go to a doctor.

Im trying to get into see the doctor. Was just wondering if anyone else has had this promblem also. But it seems strange that it only happens when I go to bed.

If you were saying that it was just your legs I would think that it is restless leg syndrome but since you said it is your hands too I would think that you have poor circulation. I would talk to your doctor about it, poor circulation isn't something that you want to ignore.
