itching

i was with a man saturday night and sunday late afternoon i developed an itch down there all over. there is no odor or discharge. anti-itch cream does help for a while, but this itch is driving me crazy. i used the same condoms that i always use, however, as i was going to the bathroom at one point sunday, a condom did fall out of me and into the toilet. could this have been the cause and if so, what can i do to stop this. thank you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Itching around labia can be due to a number of causes. First of all it can be due to allergic reaction or contact dermatitis to your undergarments, sanitary napkins or tampons, soaps etc. There is no change in the colour or smell of discharge in this case.

Secondly, It can be due to vaginal infections or STD’s like Chlamydia or thrush for which you need to consult a doctor.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Most likely would have been teh cause. It probably slipped off during intercourse and you've not realised so it's been irritating you. Just keep using the cream and cleaning the area with water when you shower and it should be fine.
