Help!! What is this?!?

Okay so I'm only 15 and I have never had sex in any way shape or form, but on Sunday April 15 I noticed 2 bumps on my vagina. Nothing itches but when I clean myself with toilet paper it just feels weird. What is it I never have had sex. Is it just bug bites or a reaction to something. To be honest sometimes before the bumps appeared I did scratch it. But I'm getting scared because they haven't been going away and I'm really scared to go tell my mom( embarrassed too) thanks for any info I get

Do you shave? It could be an irritation to a dull razor, or because the skin is extra sensitive in that area.
