menopause and watery discharge

I am 53 and have gone through the menopause.  Over the last few weeks, I have not felt quite 'right' down below.  I feel pelvic pain (like what used to be period pains), and have a watery discharge sometimes mixed with a very light brown discharge and even noticed a couple of times a small spot of bright red blood.  I can only describe the feeling as like having a period but no period, and feels very 'watery wet' down below.   I was diagnosed with fibroids and a small ovarian cyst on one of my ovaries 11 years ago so am wondering now if after all these years, they have 'woken up'.  Anyone else had similar?
