my cramps

What do yall do wen u start getting bad cramps wen yall start ur periods me at night i cant really sleep they get bad

As the above poster mentioned, Ibuprofen in any of its forms (Advil and Motrin along with some other pain meds--read the label--have ibuprofen) can help with period cramps.  For me, acetaminophen (Tylenonl) has always been better.  Heating pads can also be of use, but you can't sleep with one.  You can make a rice sock (or get one of those pads that have them) to heat in the microwave before bed then utilize that to help as that won't keep heating up all night.  For long-term changes, they say exercising and staying active can help with periods.

If none of that helps, see a doctor.  My periods were debilitating enough I made the decision to get on birth control to help lighten them.  Your doctor may be able to suggest other ways to help.
