I had unprotected sex

Since that I had irritation and bumps on my vagina. I've been cleaning it whenever it's itchy so some of them are gone but a few of them is still there. I used the itchness relief cream but I feel like it's burning.

This sounds like you're dealing with some kind of STI. I'd get tested at a local clinic, if you can. It's also possible that if you shaved your pubic region where you're experiencing irritation before you had sex, you might have razor burn, ingrown hairs, etc., but unless you can know that's the case for sure, I'd get checked out just to be safe. Best of luck!
