myomectomy+laparoscopy

I had myomectomy+laparoscopy (4 subserosal, 1 intramural but when the Dr removed this one occure a smal hole inside my uterus) Dr said in future i couldnt have normal vaginal delivery, only i should have c-section.
.In 11^ day about at noon i had masturbationa(clitorial).rest af the day i didnt have pain or bleeding.
the day after(12^) which was my ovulation too ,i had alitt lower abdominal pain but i didnt need pain killer.when i control my vagina with my finger i have found alitt discharg very light pink on my finger(not more.it was not alot and clear, when i clean my finger with paper i have seen this discharge).during the day (like others ovulatons) at the begining i had discharg(1-2 drops) very light brown discharge but then the color was changed at noon and it became normal without color.
the day afte(13^) no more pain(i had normal pain) no discharge no bleeding. What do you think?Did i damaged my uterus? :(

hello, thanks for your answer..I had gone to my Dr but i didnt say anything about masturbation.i have gone because of low BP and vertigo.she had done sonografy(ecografy) vaginal and abdominal.and said my uterus is normal and no abdominal bleeding.and said i should take 2 tab of ferro every day.
Whats your idea?i did not damage my uterus with masturbation?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like slight trauma to the vagina or cervix during intercourse. You should avoid intercourse and masturbation and if the bleeding has stopped then there is nothing much to worry.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
