I'm not sure about there being any signs..  I would think if you had scar tissue in there or some sort of blockage you might experience some discomfort or pain during ovulation time.   That's not a guarantee though. I have horrible pains during ovulation time because I have cysts like crazy and also endometriosis. I wished I could be of more help.

I looked it up and this is what I found....

Unlike anovulation, where irregular menstrual cycles may hint to a problem, blocked fallopian tubes rarely cause symptoms. A specific kind of blocked fallopian tube, called hydrosalpinx, may cause lower abdominal pain and unusual vaginal discharge, but not every woman will have these symptoms.

However, some of the causes of blocked fallopian tubes might lead to hints of a problem. For example, endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease may cause painful menstruation and painful sexual intercourse. But these symptoms don't necessarily point to blocked tubes.

Hope this helps!  Best of luck!!

Have you had the HSG test done? I recommend reading up on it.  It's a dye test where they insert a catheter into your cerivx and flush dye in there to see if your fallopian tubes are open.   I would recommend having that done.  It's just a little procedure, nothing major about it.  You may cramp a little but nothing bad.  Some take tylenol or Ibuprofren about an hour before having it done to help ease the cramping.

I hope this helps.  Best of luck on your trying to conceive journey. :)
