oil in menstruation blood

i am having my menstruation and i noticed when i pee that there are grease like bubbles floating around the water and every time i wash, it feels oily. When i looked at my napkin there is oil together with my blood. What is this? I am worried. Please help.

I dont know... Maybe u ate 2 much oily foods or do u get a lot  zits? Cause if u dont i think (not that ive heard of it) that it might be the oil that would cause u zits during ur period. Maybe it's just how ur body works so that it doesnt hurt as much? Or r u taking a medicine against pain? It might be that. I dont know!!!! Im stressin'....inale, exale....
