Small painless rash/bumps

So about 2 weeks ago I had a really bad yeast infection. I had the burning, itching, and discharge but I used the monistat 1 time treatment and the symptoms went away. Now I'm left with these clusters of small raised bumps on both sides of my labia minora. They don't hurt. They are flesh colored and as time goes on they are geating harder/rougher to the touch. They have no puss and are way too small to squeeze. Someone please help!
